PAYMENT METHOD

Marsèll accepts payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX and Discover.

   

FUNDS

Once you receive your order confirmation, the funds used for the transaction will temporarily be withheld during a pre-acceptance period. If the order cannot be completed resulting in a cancellation, the transaction will be voided and the funds will be returned to your account, this operation may take additional time depending on the payment method.

   

MODIFY/CANCEL ORDER

Once an order has been placed it's not possible to modify it.
Please reach out to our Customer Care team via email at shop@marsell.com to request order cancellations, kindly keep in mind that it's not possible to cancel orders once they have been prepared for shipment.

   

ORDER PROCESS

All items are subject to availability, so kindly keep in mind that order confirmations only act as a summary of your purchase and not as an acceptance confirmation.

Available order: your order will be accepted and prepared for shipment within 2 business days, processing times may be exceeded during peak periods. Orders placed on weekends/holidays/after 10 AM (CET) will be accepted and processed the following business day.

Cancelled order: you will receive an e-mail from our Customer Care team notifiying you that your order is not available for shipment, your funds will be deposited back through your intial payment method. Please keep in mind that transaction times may depend on your bank.

   

TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. If you placed the order as a registered user you can also find this information on your account.

   

DELIVERY TIMES

The average delivery time is 24-48 hours for orders within the European Union and 48-72 hours for the rest of the world.

   

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is always free, for shipments outside of the European Union duties and taxes are also included.
If the delivery of a package is refused by the customer and it's shipped back to Marsèll, all shipping costs (including duties and taxes) will be deducted from the refund.

   

RETURN POLICY

- Free returns are possible within 14 days of the delivery date;
- All items must be returned unused, undamaged, unaltered and with the security tag still attached;
- All items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags;

   

RETURN PROCESS

Registered user:
- Sign in to your account;
- Click on the Orders section;
- Click on "View order";
- Click on "Return";
- Flag the item/items you are returning and select the return reason;

Once the return request is inserted our team will send you an e-mail with the pre-paid shipping label and instructions.

Guest:
You can request a return by filling in the fields manually on this page.

   

EXCHANGE POLICY

Marsèll does not offer exchanges. Items must be returned for a refund and a new order must be placed.

   

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after the items are delivered and go through a quality control check.
Transaction times may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
You will receive a notification when your return process is completed.

   

PRICE MATCH

Marsèll will not price match any item sold on other platforms at a lower price.

   

COUPON CODES

- Coupon codes are only redeemable online;
- Coupon codes are not applicable on items that are on sale;
- If a coupon code was not applied at checkout, the difference cannot be refunded. If the order has not been processed it's possible to cancel the order and place it again with the coupon code.
